It runs free, never ceasing or wavering for anyone or anything. It can’t be rushed or halted, manipulated or changed. But when you slow down and show patience, you can work with time to create something of immense quality.
Our artisan smallgoods reflect the importance of treasuring time: the time that has gone into our generation-old Italian recipes, the time we’ve spent perfecting our craft, the time given for nature to slowly cure our smallgoods, and the time families spend together enjoying our beautiful food.
It began in 1979, sharing our time-honoured smallgoods with local Italian families in a small country town in Western Australia. Here we embraced the incredible meat and produce the region had to offer, using our slow curing method to reveal rich, complex flavours that have stood the test of time.
45 years later our approach remains the same, because we still believe time taken is time honoured.
