| Method The origin of the Sicilian Salami date back over 1000 years in the Southern Italian region. It’s a coarsely ground salami similar to the Casalingo with the addition of fennel and paprika for greater depth of flavour. The meat is coarsely ground for a more rustic texture allowing you to see grains of white fat combined with the ruby-red pork and fennel seeds. | ||
