Method This traditional central Italian staple is made by first boning an Australian Pork loin and carefully layering it with stuffing and belly roast. It is then rolled together, seasoned with garlic and herbs, and roasted.

Perfect for Traditionally Porchetta is served up at village festivals in a sandwich with fresh bread, however it also goes well thick cut alongside a plate of roast vegetables.
