Method This traditional dry-cured sausage is made with a medium grind of Australian Pork and seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic, salt and other spices. Due to its smaller size, being only 30mm in diameter, it has a shorter fermenting and maturation period.
Flavours Our Chorizo offers the classic strong smokey flavours of paprika and chilli with notes of garlic, black pepper, nutmeg and pimento. The smoked paprika gives the sausage its iconic red-brick colour.
Perfect for Chorizo is incredibly versatile, able to be grilled, fried, or baked with other foods. Enjoy as a pizza topping, an appetiser with haloumi, bread and a drizzle of lemon, or as part of a big breakfast.
