Method Translating to ‘homemade’, this classic salami from Northern Italy is made using a rustic flavour with course black pepper and garlic. We use coarsely ground Australian Pork which blends together nicely with the pepper for a beautiful rustic texture.
Flavours We source our rustic flavour directly from Italy, delivering the perfect blend of spices to complement the coarsely ground Australian pork. You’ll also notice the kick of the black pepper and sweeter, aromatic notes of garlic.
Perfect for Due to its milder flavour and subtle sweetness, the Casalingo is incredibly versatile. Enjoy it in a focaccia, panini, salad, as part of an antipasti platter or on a pizza. It also pairs well with a robust red wine.
