HANDCRAFTED & AIR-DRIED
Cacciatore
SALAMI

| Recipe Origin Tuscany | Meat 100% Australian Pork | |
| Method Cacciatore translates to “hunter”, as Italians used to take them on hunts as a source of protein. This salami has a short fermentation and maturing time due to its smaller size. We craft ours using a very course grind mixed with sweet paprika, black pepper and white pepper. | ||
| Flavours Our Cacciatore Salami offers a tangy, slightly spicy flavour with notes of sweet peppers, paprika, black and white pepper. Due to the course ground it’s quite firm in texture. | ||
| Perfect for This salami works well on pizza, in luxurious salads or with tomatoes and slow cooked lentils. It also pairs nicely with a glass of pinot grigio, crusty bread and a good Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. | ||
